I made the second panel wayyy to big so I improvised with a shoe string as a drawstring 😅 but I think it really works!
Definitely not perfect but I’m very happy and it held up well while I was out and didn’t fall apart so!
I’m pretty proud!
Completed baby romper. I chose to make the 6-9mo size for my kiddo so she has something to grow into & use over the autumn months. I’m so pleased with how cute it turned out.

New knitting project started! I'm working on my second pass at the Duruduru Vest by Okto Lee that I first knit back in 2020, but was too small because I just didn't listen to the tape measure. I am using some nice wool/cotton yarn my sister got me for Christmas in a glorious reddish brown that looks much better when it's not dark out. Lol.
This vest has a very simple front with an interesting split back detail and I'm very excited to have a version of it that I can actually wear. Wish me luck on the miles of stockinette stitch.

I've wanted to know how to knit for years. And now I can say I at least know the basic moves
Can't wait to complete my projects. I feel like as a crochet artist, all I ever saw were cool knitted stuff. Now I'm looking forward to making em.

I taught myself to knit so that I could make tiny sweaters for my tiny plushies. They are finally here, after months of trial and error, learning, relearning, and pattern attempts.
