A scientific discipline combining the methods of ecology and toxicology in studying the effects of toxic substances and especially pollutants on the environment.
Ecotoxicology is a relatively new science concerned with contaminants in the biosphere and their effects on constituents of the biosphere, including humans.
Ecotoxicology is a mix of ecology, toxicology, physiology, analytical chemistry, molecular biology, and mathematics.
Ecotoxicology perhaps started with the green wave in 1960s so as to reveal the effects of toxic substances in the environment. The first ecotoxicological model emerged in late 1970s and the first conference on the development of ecological models was held in 1980 in Copenhagen.

Okay, first of all let's go through the definitions of a few words, right, so here we go:
MAPs: These literally relate to 'Minor Attracted Persons' which means people (including minors) attracted to people younger than them (even by only a few years) romantically and/or sexually. (Yes, we need a change of term)
Pedophiles: These are adults who are attracted to prepubescent children (usually younger than 11 years of age) romantically and/or sexually.
Hebephiles: These are adults who are attracted to pubescent children (usually around the ages of 11 to 14 years of age) romantically and/or sexually.
Pedohebephiles: These are adults who are attracted to pubescent and prepubescent children (usually younger than 14 years of age) romantically and/or sexually.
Child Molester: a person who sexually assaults or abuses a child.
Understanding the difference between the first four terms and the last term is incredibly important.
(I will now use MAPs to cover all the first four terms)
Okay, so we can all agree that child abusers are fucking evil and they should be severely punished.
Okay, now MAPs are people who cannot help but be attracted to children. Most of the population of people who are MAPs know for a fact that it is incredibly wrong to sexualize children and that children cannot, for a fact, ever consent. Most MAPs feel incredibly guilty about their attractions and wish to control it by whatever means necessary.

So, obviously we need a solution to this problem, right? Unfortunately, this problem cannot be permanently cured. But most MAPs are also attracted to people close to their age so they can divert their attention to them.
“Krueger argues there is the "hebephilic" type of pedophile, who is sexually attracted to pubescent children, and the "pedohebephilic" type, who is sexually attracted to both prepubescent and pubescent children. People with these attractions can sometimes be nudged into focusing on adults, said Krueger, who is the medical director of the Sexual Behavior Clinic at New York State Psychiatric Institute in New York.
However, pedophiles who fall under the "classic type," and are attracted only to prepubescent children, usually under age 11, often don't change their focus, Krueger said.”

(I am in no way saying MAPs should be a part of LGBT community, but I wish to address that later.)
See, the issue is that people are attracted to children. If we punish them for it, they will go underground, it will become harder to catch them, and the people who have this condition will have more chances of becoming influenced by the wrong people. But if we are open about the fact that, although molesting a child is extremely horrifying wrong, people who cannot help themselves to thinking like that, are welcome to seek help to curb this train of thought, we will achieve a lot more.
Now, you may want to send MAPs to therapy, but there is a big issue in that.
In many countries, MAPs cannot seek help from proffesionals because therapist are required, by law, to report all the people who show signs of child abuse, either victims, molesters, or having fantasies. This makes it very difficult for people seeking help to trust their therapists and receive proper help.

Now, you may argue that people who are caught molesting children, they should be punished. I agree, they should be, and that too severely.
Should they be killed? Yes, it is rape, and the punishment for rape is death, so yes.
Okay, so now I hope you see MAPs in a better light.
Remember, MAPs are not the evil people, child molesters are.
Also, at this point I would like to add that there is a group of MAPs that are pro-contact (People who think that children can consent). These people are also wrong and we should punish them for thinking that way. We should NOT be fine with this kind of thinking.
Also, MAPs are obviously not allowed in LGBT+ community as in no way, sexualzing or fantasizing about children is valid and moral.
