Mar Roxas blamed by Metro Rail Transit Holdings chairman Robert John Sobrepeña for the contract mess that the light train company is facing
“This is a contract that started out in original sin,” Roxas said. “The contract itself was anomalous and the contract binds the government to continue this program.”
Roxas blamed the Ramos administration for the contract mess. This is an example of Scapegoating which is unfairly blaming an unpopular person or group of people for a problem, or a person or group that is an easy target for such blame.
