The sun ☀️ shines after the storm a couple of days ago, exploring our new accommodation that has a bigger pool 🏊♀️ to use. A very short walk to beach 🏝️ through the golf ⛳️ resort sees the aftermath of the storm, the sea 🌊 is a bit murky to swim in today. The views show #gordonsbay to our right and #strand to the left these areas are the childhood places of my partner Elandro a somethings have changed, some things have not in since the 22 years he lived here and the last time he visited 10 years ago. It’s important to connect with our roots, our childhood memories to #knowourselves deeply and to # reconnect to our #authentic self I’ve been reflecting on how powerful the sea is taking the debris from storms and transforming, like a cleansing purification process as the next day the seas are blue again and swimmable. We opted for a dip in our bigger pool on the estate.
