After being gone for yet another week, this time after a real vacation and not a surprise wedding, Elijah was finally back on campus. He was making his way towards his room but was taken by surprise when he bumped into someone, making them drop the things they were carrying. “Oh, sorry! I didn’t see you there, is there anything I can help with?” Elijah asked, making sure that the other person was okay.

Hope loved doing tarot readings in public. Either people came up curiously and usually asked for a reading of their own, or people looked at her like she was a demon. Either way, Hope enjoyed it. She had just finished her own reading when she felt a pair of eyes on her. She started shuffling, calling out to them “Either come over and ask for a reading, or stop staring at me like a pierce.”

Liam didn’t really want to deal with his roommate’s bullshit today, and all of the practice rooms were full. Did today just hate him? He rolled his eyes as he decided to simply bring his guitar to his usual smoking spot, beginning to just play a few songs he liked to try and stir up some inspiration for his own music when he heard footsteps behind him. When the person didn’t say anything, he stopped playing, rolling his eyes. “You gonna just stand there like a creep?” he asked, not even bothering to look behind him.

;; Sierra had been at the school for less than an hour before she found herself in the art room. It was like something always called her towards her passion. She couldn’t tell you the way back to her dorm room but she sure as hell could tell you every inch of the art room. She looked over all the equipment in awe and landed on the pieces of art in the corner. She wasn’t sure how long she was stood staring at the art work until she heard some footsteps behind her. “Oh, hey, sorry. I was just looking over the art work... they’re pretty good actually.”

Jacob had been writing in his journal for like the last hour in the cafetiera. He started during lunch, but now, most everyone had left. He didn’t mind, he liked being alone when he wrote. Then, he felt some eyes on him. He looked up to see who was watching him with a slightly awkward wave.

Bella really needed to stop finding things to obsess over before bed. She found a blog that had hours and hours of reading material that she just adored at 8pm last night, and now, she was still reading on her phone. She decided to take a break and go to the library for some real reading when she fell asleep on the table. It wasn’t until someone nudged her shoulder that she woke up with a jolt.

;; Evie was usually a social butterfly but while she was adjusting to her new environment, she was taking in her surroundings. She’d always been taught to find all escape routes in any given place so it was just a natural habit to keep her eye on things but finally she settled for plugging her headphones in and watching videos on her laptop in the common area. “You seen this video of the guy almost getting hit by a bus? It’s honestly amazing... human stupidity.” She pushed the headphone off one of her ears and looked to the person she’d caught the attention of. It was a plunge in to finally being social and she hoped it would pay off. “If he actually got hit, I’m sure he’d win a Darwin award.”

“I learned how to do my laundry!” The boy exclaimed as if this was a huge breakthrough. “I was under the impression that the Help would do that for us, and I even asked daddy to call the school because the dirty clothes were piling up!” He told the other this very worrisome story as if it were a charming tale, and in a way the french accent kinda worked towards that goal. “Turns out, we have to do it ourselves! Crazy, no?”
