i feel like capcom used up all their energy on wesker and now when it comes to new resident evil villains... idk. they all have SO much potential but it feels like they never reach the level they COULD have.
i got really invested in heisenberg but i needed MORE of him. same thing happened with the baker's family in biohazard 😔
