I had a Friday morning shift at the hospital in the Cytotoxic Drug Reconstitution Unit with a study session for Cardio MCQs while making some progress on my current read "The Charm Offensive"

I need you to understand how dogshit the Kobo reader app is. Unless your phone is in airplane mode, it will try to keep an always-on connection, and if you are in a place with bad reception, it will keep crashing. Like, every 45 seconds or so it will crash. And not crash in any normal way, oh no, that would be too good. It will crash so completely that it will stop responding so you'll have to just close the app. But then the app will restart in such a broken manner that it will (after a minute or two from where you closed it) just jump in front of whatever you're doing, like if you opened any other apps in the meantime, it will kick you out of the other app and open itself. But if it was just that, that would be too good, sometimes it will open an invisible screen over something you're doing, so that the screen will stop responding and you might think your phone crashed proper until you go to the app view. You have to go to the settings -> apps and force - close it because otherwise it will do this every few minutes.

0/10, would literally use anything else. Unfortunately Amazon and Apple are kind of scumbag corpos, so, go fucking vote with your wallet or something, stupid fucking idiot me for wanting to support artists. For fuck's sake. I fucking hate it here.
