A chop bar getting ready for the days business.This is the kokonte being prepared. Kokonte,popularly known as 'Face The Wall' is a delicacy in Ghana. It's made from 'milled' cassava after it is thoroughly dried in the sun.Its enjoyed with all kinds of soup but my favourite is with groundnut soup. I have not had some in a while though
