I love the subtle movements as she’s moving through the haunted mansion!

It’s interesting how this show handles stuff like this ya know? Like, it would be VERY easy to do this cheap! Shoot from the waist up so you don’t use up your animation budget, give an exaggerate expression to the character, go from right to left. I mean, this is a throw away gag scene in a comedy anime, no one would blame you if you goofy it up and save the budget for a scene that’s more important later!

But that’s not K-On though! It zooms out so you can see her emotions in the way she walks as well as her arms and face! You can see the 3D space, where everything is from where’s she’s standing. It feels very realistic, like I’m watching her walk into a real room! And, that added sense of realism makes it a lot more personal! Possibly even nostalgic!
