Question! I love your TK/Patty fic, "In this garden there's no feeling". I was curious if there was a specific inspiration for the fic? Were you watching Frozen and the idea struck you? Or did it come together slowly with multiple inspirations?

Surprisingly Frozen had nothing to do with it. I think I was watching Howl’s Moving Castle, actually.
I had an idea about wanting to do a curse fic - initially I think Nolan the witch was going to accidentally curse TK and the fic was going to be about Nolan falling in love with the guy he cursed. I even had like... 500 words of fic for that idea.
And then my stupid brain went “but what if Nolan is the one who’s cursed and TK breaks the curse?” - and combined with the vibe of Howl’s Moving Castle and curses and hearts it just turned into a true love type thing.
Then I started figuring out how TK and Nolan would interact, and I thought the Flyers would have a witch - and that’s how the ice powers came into it.
So yeah, this one kind of pieced itself together. That and about midway through I started playing with my experiences with autism stereotypes of like, the heartless autistic person stereotype and the “I feel everything” thing that I have, so... Idk, it was an EXPERIENCE for this fic to come together.
