Tonight we’re enjoying the amazing Kongsgaard 2005 Chardonnay One of my favorite #Chardonnay’s of all time, #white-burgundy or otherwise. Pale gold in color. Nice nose of honey and minerals. Fabulous palate. Long , balanced and smooth flavors of pear, butter and crushed stones with a nice slight earthy element. No acid or citrus. Just delicious.
