what they smell like: kinda earthy and clean at the same time?? like he spends so much time with his plants that he'll probably have soil from all over the universe under his fingernails all the damn time, no matter how often he washes his hands, and he'll always smell vaguely like plants. but he actually likes taking legit baths and showers sometimes instead of sonic showers because JUST BECAUSE HE IS A MANLY MAN DOESN'T MEAN HE HAS TO SMELL LIKE ONE, DAMMIT. so yeah. plants and soap.

sleep: he ends up with probably less sleep than he should because sex with chekov he spends his off-hours doing his own stuff, but he keeps pretty close to seven hours maybe. he probably like splays ALL OVER THE BED when he sleeps unless there's a person or a stuffed animal or a blanket he can cling onto, in which case he will latch onto it. but yeah he's an obnoxious sleeper. he'll just flop down and take up as much space as he can. what a lil shit.

music: soft indie. it's...kind of a guilty pleasure, actually, and he really really likes classic (i.e. 20th century) rock, but his absolute favorite is the alternative mushy stuff from the 21st century. not that he'd ever admit it, but yeah.

time spent getting ready in the morning: like two minutes. roll out of bed, splash water on face, gaze blearily in the window, mouthwash, bridge. that's it.

likes collecting: PLANTS. PLAAAANTS. PLANTS EVERYWHERE. also, little trinkets or just random cute things. BUT MOSTLY PLANTS.

dominant hand: right. i think this one is canon, actually

religion: technically agnostic but atheist on the most part.

favorite sport: FENCING. he's kinda into gymnastics too but mostly FENCING. YO FENCING IS SO COOL. IT'S, IT'S ELEGANT, AND IT REQUIRES SKILL, AND STOP LAUGHING RILEY U SHITFACE

favorite touristy thing: aside from looking at plants he really likes finding little stores with local trinkets and stuff? like dollar stores or antique shops on foreign planets. he finds a lot of weird little sculptures and toys that way.

favorite weather: breezy sunny days. because he grew up in san francisco and he kind of misses home.

weird fear: that one day he'll be daydreaming and the whole "omicron delta amusement planet" shit will repeat itself and he'll find himself ACTUALLY having sex on the bridge with chekov while everyone else is there. also, that rand will steal gertrude away from him in the middle of the night. hisses.

carnival/arcade game he always wins: space invaders. without fail.
