I went down a nostalgic rabbit hole and just discovered that apparently Jade from Bratz is meant to be Eastern Asian?????

At no point in my childhood did I ever think she was Asian. EVER. Now that I'm looking at her, I can maybe see it a little bit, but I genuinely had no idea.

Is this news to anyone else??? Or did I just live under a rock as a kid? 🤣

Here are the boards for what is apparently the first wave of the Bratz x Hello Kitty collaboration ! Recently, rumours leaked that there would be a second wave that would feature Sasha (which we’ve seen after much needed backlash on her absence from the core four) and two other iconic Bratz characters ! If the rumours are true then I am so unbelievably excited for what comes next because I love me a kawaiicore Sanrio aesthetic ! Here are the main three, my favourite being Yasmin, I love the casual look so much on her❤️
