He is about to smack someone with his keytar and I like to imagine it's Hotshot, the OC created by @enbydemirainbowbigfoot.
He's been trying to reach you about your car's extended warranty.
This is the result of playing one round of the Hunger Games Simulator with canon characters and a bunch of OCs from various people. It's very, very out of character, but people wanted to see Hotshot (@enbydemirainbowbigfoot) getting punched and who else could do such a feat other than the legendary Crash Koozebane (@beetle3000-1).
