Sorry for being MIA and not posting any new recipes for weeks ✌ But I'll be back to my blog soon to share with you what I learned today from a short yet insightful coffee cupping workshop by @brewphobia (thank you again Mas Mirza!) . So, coffee cupping or coffee tasting is basically a method to evaluate the aroma, taste, aftertaste, acidity and the body of brewed #coffee. On my personal note, coffee cupping is also a practice which makes me realise how much science, art, feeling and sophistication are required in a good cup of joe ☕ . During the workshop I tasted some of the Indonesian best coffees such as Malabar Peaberry, Kintamani, Flores and #torajayale .
