Does anyone have experience with koreanmall? I’m having some issues

I preordered all 4 versions of her and got 2kool4skool with it from there- still nothing

Is there a reason it’s so late?

And if I cancel, will I be fully refunded? Will it be store credit? I really don’t want to use this site again

Their customer service is just sending the same message over and over again

Sorry for posting about something totally off-topic but....my VIXX - Live Fantasia Elysium DVD arrived a minute ago and I can't contain myself!!!! I'm writing a paper for one of my classes so I won't be watching it now but, the people at my job better stay away from me tomorrow cause I refuse to be disturbed! Next will be my Otomate Party BR!! March is a wonderful month~ I would've taken pics of the poster but I don't feel like fighting the thing out of its tube haha.
