2nd lieutenant Nadezhda Adyana of the 37th Civic Enforcement regiment, Oprichnika detachment, assigned to the oblast of Novaya Gernika. Her territory assignments stretch from the areas of the Upper West Beld, Zelesnoy, and Bend Taun, a region with a cumulative population of over 30 million inhabitants.

27 years old, with the glamour of working of finally working in Civic Enforcement a decade behind her, Nadezhda ensures that the wicked are punished and the innocent spared, through judicious use of telepathic intrusion. She lives on the military base nearest to Bend Taun, in the housing section set aside for Dream Eaters. Her average work day is 12 hours long, which is becoming more of a hassle than it normally is with her two children (ages 8 and 9) being out of school (currently closed due to the discovery of ANOTHER infinite hallway which has to be cleared out). Her mate, a biotechnician assigned to the 45th air wing (nicknamed the Hopping Death on account of the frequently malfunctioning anti-grav units) has to pick up extra shifts to pay the kindersitter to watch the children during the day, a necessary expense after a family a block down had their own children stolen by banderwitches (Nadezhda helped bring them down, but where there's a puddle, there's a leak). Her intake of lho sticks and forticaff have tripled over the past weeks, far past the recommended amount for women of her age bracket, but one of the perks of being an oprichnika is free organ replacements, so it's not a concern for her.

Nadezhda is waiting for the winter months when her horns, an antler-subtype, shed, so she can take medical leave and enjoy some time off.
