Fandom culture is fun but i feel like im fighting for scraps trying to find a fun, shippable pair with at LEAST one poc character. Its not that i dont mind engaging with white ir asian characters, i just would like more black and brown characters because they are who i personally relate to. I know theres a decent amount of media with black and brown couples or interracial couples (not enough tho) but i want one with a fandom, dammit. Im a fandom girlie. I got my start here. I like writing and reading fics and looking at fanart and overall being a nerd collectively with a bunch of other nerds. The amount of not fully white ships with fanbases where i get to do that are far and few in between
