Mid 20s/Early 30's redesigns I'm experimenting with. Mildly spicy doodles under the cut.
"It's okay. Let yourself have this." I didn't intend this but this feels like a continuation of this comic:
it's at least a c+!!
heres a Kris moodboard i made for myself
Drew is meant to be a one-off but I wanted to play with a what-if scenario if he were to appear when the cast is older. Cid and Krail's relationship starts to feel a little weird one week as Krail is acting off. Instead of confronting him about it as to not bother him, Cid keeps his worries to himself as his thoughts get progressively worse. Then one night, as Cid and Krail fall asleep in bed together, Krail is once again pulled into Cid's subconscious where they face a new manifestation of Drew. By this point, Drew feels less like a desire for Cid and more of his own entity specifically to spike Krail, making himself look better etc and appears whenever Cid is under immense emotional stress. Cid isn't swayed by him and both already know how dangerous Drew is. It only comes as a shock that Drew somehow still exists in some form. Moral of the story: Don't bottle up your feelings. Mainly I just wanted to draw Drew in stark contrast to Kirail being an emo boy, especially since he already had blonde hair.
How I can see a confession going when they're teens. Was exhausting to sketch but worth it.
