Hi, this is less of an ask and more of a gush. I just came here after binging your reaction to my favourite piece of media ever (untamed obv) and wanted to thank you for such a satisfying reaction. So thank you! It’s not even an exaggeration to say that the untamed in all its iterations changed my life and I’ll never get over it. I just don’t have anyone left to share it with irl so i regularly look for reactors, ff, bloggers etc for more content. I don’t know why it took me so long to find yours but I’m very glad I did. Your reaction, and Restless Rewatches blog are my two favourite pieces of fan material, so again. thank you. I hope you have a brilliant life with everything you ever wanted.

Side note: I came here for the untamed, and almost lost my mind with the SHINee/Taemin content. I have been a Shawol for over a decade, I love it when I see my babies being appreciated. Your taste is impeccable!

Hi! I'm very sorry to bother you about this. I was wondering if you were going to be able to put the 'rewatch of episodes 1&2' video back up on your vidyard account? I would so love to be able to see your reaction video when you rewatched the first two episodes after finishing the series, if it's possible. Just thought I'd at least ask, but I understand if it's not possible.

Truly an underrated part of Untamed rewatches is discovering that you can hate Jin Guangshan even more than finishing the show the first time. He’s so unnoticeable at the start even after meeting one of his many neglected bastard sons, then learn that in a show full of multifaceted people jumping from gray area to gray area he is just a straight up (uncomfortably real) monster, and then go back and his introductory scene has him espousing the sanctity of marriage. They knew what they were doing.

They really, really did and it's staggering. The first time you watch this series you're so busy (and anxious) over which character is going ultimately land where on the black-gray-white morality spectrum that you somehow don't notice the guy in the back who's pitch black from beginning to end. Jin Guangshan gets his layers peeled back just like everyone else in this show, but unlike everyone else his layers start black and stay black, allowing you to find all sorts of new, neat ways to fucking loathe him. Incredible.

Since you’ve recently finished your 1st rewatch, now might be a good time to watch the ‘real’ or Japanese ending of the show while things are fresh. It’s on the gdoc. It’s not English subbed, but there is zero new footage so that’s ok. (might not be worth a react, but for sure worth watching)
