Normally, I would write a novel for this question. But right now, I'm NOT in the mood, as I'm sure you can understand. So I'll give you a paragraph.
Hermione isn't the only person who never left Harry's side. (Yes, Ron did leave, doesn't matter if he came back later, he DID leave, so Ron fans, be quiet.) They always seem to communicate without talking, it's ALL OVER the books. When I'm less pissed, I'll make some graphics with some of the passages. They're both intelligent and unlike Ron, mature for their age. There are also little things that you may call "between the lines" or what we thought to be evidence. Every enchanting-being in mythology (nymphs, veelas, etc... Btw, "veela" is actually Slavic nymphs) have a few common traits. Only one's true love can break their spell on a man, and it was Hermione who "snapped Harry out" when he was in trance in the Quidditch cup. There are little symbols, like in OoTP when Pig was flying in circle above their heads. That "a bird flying in a circle" thing is the sign of "eternal love" is some mythology, I don't remember which xD Google it. The exact same is said for the "hippogryph flight" (which, in HP series are called "hippogriffs"). And then there are certain common traits. Like, both of them are the only child, they both grew up in the muggle world, etc etc...

I also thought for a moment that Dean may end up with Luna after that whole Shell Cottage deal xD Don't mind the haters, seriously. I get super pissed off as well sometimes (obviously xD) but in the end, we ship what we ship and there is not one damn thing they can do about it.

I know! There are SO many Romione shippers that I unfollowed because of their attitude, despite their lovely graphics. I still insist on what I'd said earlier. They were declared the Kings and Queens of this fandom and we've missed it. There's no way a normal person could act so high and mighty otherwise.
