Thanks for my spot on the tour and for the advance copy of the book in exchange for an honest review. 𝗠𝗬 𝗥𝗘𝗩𝗜𝗘𝗪 This is a book that I found difficult to put down. It starts slowly for a thriller, but the content of the first chapters deal with Scott as he barely holds on following the death of his wife Sally, and while struggling to deal with life without her and raise his son alone. I found myself empathising with Scott very quickly and was keen for him to find his way again, especially as his now six year old son was pointing for a mother in his life. The pace soon begins to pick up as Scott enters the murky waters of online dating, and women he dated begin to disappear. There were twists and turns aplenty which helped build the tension which did not let up until the end. I thought, at two points, that I had solved everything, only to be metaphorically shot down in flames. Twice. Overall, this was an enjoyable read which I recommend to readers of psychological thrillers. I gave Serial Dater, by K.T. PROPS TO YOU FRIEND I also know what it's like to figure out my shit later in life (sexuality in college, sure, but I didn't even consider my gender stuff until late late late 20s/early 30s) because like... us older-ish folks? didn't have anything approaching the worldview of tumblr kids, so. But YAY YOU I'm so glad you've come to accept yourself and that your family is chill too! Anyway if anyone gives you guff I will punch them, so there.

Like WOW, sometimes I give kids flack, but really, I wish I'd had the resources then that they have now. I knew a few people who were bi on LJ- but there wasn't the same sense of community and passing of information as there is now.

I'll take sometimes Tumblr going overboard about a few things if it still succeeds in making people far more aware, their eyes opened, even a little bit more. This goes for all social media.
