The Collections AU is basically an excuse for me to form a found family between my favorite characters that don't live within the same universe lmao

the reason why all of these misc characters form a found family?

Whenever E.M. has a new "obsession", the character of obsession appears in the place said residents call the Void. It's just a place full of rooms, and any window overlooking the outside is usually like the midnight sky in an unlit city: dark, but you can see the twinkling of stars if you focus.

The dynamics are simply:

Percy and Nico are the adults (questionably so), in the sense of they can take care of anyone but themselves. The title for the most responsible non-adult gets switched around between almost all of them, but Shinichi and Boboiboy are the ones that hold it most often. Conan and Max get youngest children priviliges.

the way they transport between universes is through a combination of E.M.'s magic and sheer spite. the most common form of transportation is by telling E.M. where you want to go, but this would drain them if they have to transport large groups of people at once. a solution to that is by using portals.

nearly all of the collectioneers are bi lmao

the only ones who aren't is nico, who is Gay, and conan, who is a child and therefore doesn't have to worry about this yet

the actual ships are jercy, percabeth, and solangelo

the rest (moonloaf [max x alex], fangboi, and kaishin) are in their pining stages

Since I had an Assassination Classroom OC who is the fictional son of my main Assassination Classroom OTP (Koro-sensei and Aguri Yukimura), what about Shinichi Kudō and Ran Mouri of Detective Conan?

It was like the same process I did with my Assassination Classroom OC, Tsukirō Yukimura, who is the son of Koro-sensei and Aguri Yukimura: Mixing the facial features of my OTP and made a son out of it. 😂

This time, I drew my own version of Shinichi Kudō and Ran Mouri's future child.

Meet Conan Kudō, a high-school student who is an awkward genius, but because of his parents never wanted him to experience what Shinichi had been through many years ago, they forbid him from becoming what he really wants: to be a detective like his father.

He had inherited his father's hair color, his skin tone, and the little tuft of hair on the back of his head, although in a different style than Shinichi. He had also inherited Ran's purple eyes, the huge curl in his hair and facial structure.

He may have the temper and stubborness of a Mouri, but he has the charms and dramatic spirit of a Kudō.

Unfortunately, he had bad eyesight and really needed glasses, unlike his father's former alter ego and namesake, Conan Edogawa.

(Unfortunately, because of my style of drawing facial structure, he looks like a trap or a male version of Ran. The tuft of hair was actually based on how Gosho Aoyama had drawn Shinichi/Conan's signature tuft of hair in the first chapters. Even first chapter Ran has the tuft until Gosho changed her hairstyle into her "horn". 😂)
