Bahan-bahan

200 gr kacang mede cincang

100 gr salted butter

50 gr margarine

120 gr gula halus

1 butir kuning telur

1 butir putih telur (untuk olesan)

225 gr terigu protein rendah, kunci biru

20 gr susu bubuk

20 gr tepung maizena

1/2 sdt baking powder

Filling

Cokelat filling

Langkah

Kocok salted butter, margarine, dan gula halus dengan mixer sampai pucat sekitar 2-3 menit. Masukkan kuning telur, aduk rata lalu matikan mixer

Masukkan terigu, maizena, susu bubuk, dan baking powder. Aduk dengan spatula. Jika dirasa terlalu lembek tambahkan 1 sdm saja ya, terigu sampai enak dipulung

Bulatkan adonan, celup ke putih telur. Gulingkan ke kacang mede sangrai.

Susun di loyang yang sudah dialasi silpat, tekan bagian tengah dengan jari hingga cekung. Panggang di oven suhu150°C sekitar 15 menit keluarkan tunggu hingga hangat. Isi dengan filling cokelat menggunakan plastik segitiga

Panggang lagi di oven suhu 140°C sekitar 20 menit sampai renyah keemasan. Taburi dengan bubuk cinnamon/gula palem
