First community lot for Kulo Seeri is ready! I’m pretty pleased with it, for an evening’s work I think it turned out well.
This is the Heart of the Village, a popular gathering spot for the Nuidya. The only resource gathered here is water from the village well, but the little streamythings dug around it are a good place to do laundry, and there are small areas set aside for the children and sacred cats. There’s also a treeball tree (aka a basketball hoop disguised as a tree) but you can’t really tell the difference between that and a regular tree from here, and I couldn’t get a decent enough camera angle to show it.
Up in the top pic, there’s a sweat tent (edited Jeka’s rustic sauna from MTS to remove the door so it’d work in the tent) and either side of that are a little shrine and the standing stone that serves as the village’s primary aether beacon. The beacon itself isn’t visible in this pic because it’s one of those invisible magic effect things Sophie-David at MTS made, but usually there’s a little glowy orb floating above it. It is also where betrothal ceremonies take place.
And on that note, I’ll leave off and go reward myself for finishing a lot. :)
