So I've been thinking this what if enten is the only sword that can break the others, I mean while re reading I noticed how little we know about the swords, the info in general about their characteristics and such are kept tight so i get that Hiyuki didnt believe Chihiro broke kuregumo

Maybe she doesnt know that much, maybe there was never a moment where the enchanted swords clashed against each other, but when Shiba saw it his reaction is almost like he expected that, and btw wtf was that?? I def didnt remember that who was it? (must keep re reading)

So it could be that the only thing capable of breaking a enchanted sword is another enchanted sword or enten's main purpose is to defeat the other swords and thats why nobody knew of its existence, either way there's so much we dont know about the swords and the war and even sojo (yes I still think about him)
