Dinner was delicious, made with fresh produce from the Lowell Farm. The conversation also flowed nicely, and Kurt blended right in.
Kamsi really could get used to this...
As embarrassing as it was, Adimma wasn't too far off about the engagement thing.
While it was definitely too early to even bring it up, Kamsi could definitely see herself marrying this guy one day, a couple rotations from now...

As Ella began working on dinner, Kamsi decided to bring Kurt into her bedroom so they could have a bit of alone time together.
"I just wanted to check in. Everything okay?" she asked, the things Adimma said to her getting to her head a little bit.
"Yeah, your family's awesome! I could get used to these kind of gatherings," Kurt replied cheerfully.
"Really? I'm relieved, 'cause I wanna do this again, a lot," Kamsi replied. "I know it's fast, but... this is real between us, isn't it?" she added, all in a rush of words.
Kurt nodded. "It's real."
That night, with the entire family around, Kurt and Kamsi decided to become an official couple.
Kurt felt right at home with the Abara family, immediately jumping into the madness.
He introduced himself to Kamsi's parents and chatted with them a bit, then went to play video games with Obieze. It was always good to bond with the little brother.
"He seems like a great guy," Ella said softly, touching her daughter's arm. "I'm really happy for you."
"It's been pretty great," Kamsi smiled.
Kamsi knew it was stupid to be so into a guy she'd just met last year, but he ticked all the boxes - and she wanted him to meet the rest of her family. So she invited him and Adimma, her twin sister, over to hang out.
"Watcher, you two are so stinking cute," Adimma teased. She was behaving like a child, making barfing sounds and reaching out to tickle Kamsi.
"Stop it," Kamsi laughed, swiping her hand away. "Would you like it if I made fun of you and Reese?" she added playfully.
"Yeah, well, Reese and I aren't an interaction away from getting engaged all the time," Adimma shrugged, which made Kamsi blush.
Meanwhile, Kurt was completely shameless, looking like a heart eyes emoji.
Obieze wasn't going to admit it to his parents, but the only reason he wanted to help out at the café was to meet girls.
There weren't many single ones in the 'Hood at this point, certainly not around his age range, but there were one or two... Maybe they would show up and buy some coffee from him.
"Hi, what can I get for you?" he asked his first customer: Gale Moss.
Not only was she not a teen, but she was also gay.
"Uh, there's just one drink option?" Gale replied, looking up at the menu. "So... that."
"Right, great," Obieze grinned. "Coming right up!"
And that's all for the Boarding House! I think they got a lot accomplished, story-wise.
Ransom and Saba hooked up for the first time and may cause some drama, since Saba has her ACR jealousy setting tweaked to "in love", which is different from my typical Romance Sims, who have no jealousy at all.
Adimma still didn't find a job in the Gamer career, but she was more than fine mooching off everyone else for a while longer.
And lastly, Thomas seemed to acclimate pretty well to divorced Sim life. He got to hang out with everyone and make new friends, which was great for a Popularity Sim. He was going to do a lot of entertaining in this new household, he had no doubt.
But dinner parties would have to wait until next rotation. We're off to hang out with the Abara family now.
