In the back of my mind, there is a thought that there is another timeline where Kaga is the future CEO of a company in Japan, and Megami is still the future CEO of Saikou Corp. It would have been very different on how they would meet and their relationship.

Kaga is the future CEO of Kusha Tech. Kusha Tech is known to have very advanced technology. It's much more advanced than Saikou Corp.
Kusha Tech and Saikou Corp do work together like any other tech or famous company in Japan. Ichirou does know about Kaga's existence. They have met many times before in events or meeting their companies have.
Kaga is the only heir for the company. His father takes him with him to meetings to prepare him when he becomes CEO of Saikou Corp. Kaga doesn't really mind. He feels quite honored to be in the presence of Ichirou Saikou himself. (And Saisho Saikou if he's there)
His relationship with his parents is the same. He has a good relationship with them and quite close. His parents are eccentric like he is.
Megami and Kaga first met when they were younger. They first met in a fundraiser that was planned out by Saikou Corporation. They were in their early teens when they first met each other.
They had a quite formal meeting and talked a few times. They were not friends or anything.
That's until Kaga and his family started to attend the fundraisers that Saikou Corp planned out. There, Megami and Kaga would talk much more with each other.
The only reason why Megami did talk to Kaga more was because it was under the orders of her father. Considering that Kaga's company is much more advanced compared to Saikou Corp, Ichirou found this opportunity to use his daughter to bring Kaga close to the family to be able to get to know the secrets of Kusha tech and a way to bring them down. This was the goal at the start, but Megami did start getting used to Kaga and got attached surprisingly.
Megami can immediately tell which young male is Kaga. Kaga always had on kimono whenever he attended events. His family is known to wear traditional clothes in events to make their image look good. There's a little amount of people who wear traditional clothing. Most of the young males wore suits. Along with his plasma violet hair that he has.
Megami spends almost all of her time talking to other people around her age, especially when Kaga and his family are not present in the event because of their company. However, if he is present, Megami would spend most of her time with him. The reason why is because Kaga makes the events less miserable for her, even if he's eccentric.
Kaga doesn't mind spending his time with Megami. He enjoys getting to know her since he is interested in how... robotic she can be just like her father.
In their conversation, it's about the new inventions that Saikou Corp, or Kusha tech, are making or complaining about their life as children of famous CEOs, making fun of the event, teasing each other (mostly Kaga does this) or getting to know each other more. This has been going on for years now. It is to the point that they become close friends.
They spend their time with each other during their free time (and well, Aoi too). They do text each other whenever they have the time or can't meet up.
It's until they enter Akademi. Megami didn't think Kaga would attend Akademi from how intelligent he is, but she saw him on the first day completely different from how he represents himself in the events they go to or see each other. He had his messy hair, crazy look, his uniform, and his science club uniform. He actually looked like a mad scientist instead of a professional and formal heir of Kusha Tech. Megami was able to see the other side of Kaga. She was taken back for a while, but she did get used to it.
Kaga and Megami do spend time together during school hours unless Megami has to do things for Akademi. Kaga does visit Megami when she's alone in the student council room.
Whenever they are in events, they either dance or talk to each other somewhere away from the crowd or on a balcony if there is one.
When it's someone's birthday, the two hang out together to celebrate it by sharing a cake. One of the birthdays of Megami, Kaga gifted Megami a robot hamster after finding out about what happened with hamsuke.
No matter what, they have each other's back, mostly Megami. Kaga can be naive to certain situations.
