divine lineage 🧬🪽: as a descendant of the almighty internet angel, she has an obscene supply of mana at her disposal as well as a frightening amount of sheer magical power. other benefits include enhanced resilience and exceptional stamina. all black magic is ineffective on her.
magic bullet 𖦏✨: she can summon several magic rifles alongside her usual arsenal.

SSV: kawaii♥︎killshot 🌈: twin blasters she’d nicknamed “riri” (right) and “rara” (left) created by dr. blaster. they shoot out rapid fire heart shaped bursts of energy and are forged with a special metal that grants the shooter a speedboost. “SSV” stands for “sakura sniper variant” and is meant to be used as a close range alternative to SSR: memento mori. when she isn’t sniping her enemies from afar, she runs around akimbo like a maniac shooting everything in sight.

sakura is a kusogaki, himedere, ojou-sama character. being a descendant of the almighty internet angel, a princess and a prodigy to boot, she thinks very highly of herself. a worldly girl, they’re a bit childish with a flair for theatrics and tendency for histrionics (just praise her!) but they mean well nonetheless.
with their tactical mind, military prowess, and raw magical power they’re easily ranked among some of the most powerful mages. beloved by all with everything handed to her on a silver platter, sakura is used to getting everything she wants and considers it her birthright. she’s very volatile, being extremely neurotic with a hair trigger temper. she begins to panic the second she starts losing ground due to her mental instability.

sora is the adopted son of the royal family, as the queen bore no sons. both siblings are incredibly childish and hate to lose. sakura and her brother are on opposite sides of the war, leading the two biggest warring factions, embroiled in a cut throat battle for sovereign of cyberia. sakura was hesitant to accept sora as her brother due to his lack of royal blood and standoffish demeanor but the two quickly became inseparable. sakura was all too pleased to teach her brother everything about life in the royal family and the upcoming waifu war. sakura became sora’s whole world and he wanted to do whatever he could to make her happy. ever since they were children, she would never stop talking about the waifu war. how she couldn’t wait to fight for the title of sovereign of cyberia and how the two would train together to join the war.
everything between the two was fine until he chose the war over his sister. being a seasoned veteran who lives for the thrill of fight and honors the sacred traditions of the waifu war, she was utterly disgusted upon finding out about his amorous relationship with the deity mudae and resents him for making a contract with her that gives him an unfair advantage against everyone else. years of her training seemingly rendered pointless at the hands of the brother she once held so dear. the two had a heated argument, sakura heartbroken by her brother’s heartless act of betrayal and sora confused and dismayed by his sister’s anguish after giving her the war he thought she wanted.
after the king and queen caught wind of sora’s contract with mudae he was promptly exiled from the royal family for tampering with the arcane. sakura swore revenge against him and vowed to make his life a living hell for having the audacity to challenge her. she only mentions her familial relation to him with utter disdain and looks down on him as the disgraced son of the royal family. even though she seems to hold nothing but contempt for him, she does still love her brother. however she refuses to let her feelings get in the way of her quest for revenge and wants nothing more than to kill him with her own hands for daring to cross her.

hoshi is sakura’s younger sister and takes after her. hoshi was a daughter of a separate marriage and the fall out between her parents and sakura’s was devastating to say the least. this leads them to being separated and only able to meet a few times a year. the two write to each other often and the first thing sakura wants to do as sovereign of cyberia is reunite herself with her sister. sakura is known to dote on her kouhais quite a bit, considering herself everyone’s “beautiful onee-san.” this is taken very literally with hoshi, where sakura gives her all sorts of lavish gifts without expecting anything in return (except for praise of course.)
yuki ❄️
“how can your heart long for peace after everything we’ve suffered at the hands of our enemies? doesn’t your heart beat for revenge as well? have you no thirst for competition? it doesn’t matter if you do… because i have enough passion for the both of us. but my passion means nothing if you don’t share my wishes. should the day come where our fates aren’t intertwined… i don’t know how i can continue to fight knowing that i’ve lost you. ruling over cyberia means nothing if you aren’t by my side… please… if your heart truly yearns for peace… i’m begging you… leave me. for i wish for a soul as pure as yours to remain untainted from the blood of war…”

yuki is princess sakura’s luminara and together they form the sakura snow alliance. sakura and yuki are both seasoned veterans, having fought in multiple wars prior to this one. contrary to popular belief, yuki has been in more wars than sakura. it was actually yuki who told sakura about the waifu wars and encouraged her to join.
before attending the magic academy together, yuki studied abroad at sakura’s estate to further her magic studies every summer. yuki caught sakura’s eye when they were children and since then the two are rarely seen without each other. sakura was disgusted by their classmates bullying and taking advantage of yuki due to her soft spoken nature and vowed to protect her. even so, sakura kept yuki at an arm's length. yuki was certainly dear to her and her closest friend, but she still only had one goal in mind. to join the upcoming waifu war and become sovereign of cyberia.
shortly after the war started, sakura managed to summon one of yuki’s most coveted waifus, sevika, but refused to claim them for her own petty reasons that would only make sense to someone like her. sakura failed to see why sevika was so important to yuki and cruelly taunted her for missing her chance. she actually seemed to revel in the fact that she was the reason that yuki didn’t get to have her.
the two girls started fighting, yuki feeling betrayed by her closest friend and sakura refusing to apologize like the stubborn oujo-sama she was. yuki tearfully told sakura that they would’ve claimed anyone they would’ve wanted regardless of her own feelings. sakura did feel bad but was too proud to admit it. yuki swore revenge on everyone for refusing to claim her waifu… except for sakura.
yuki choosing to spare sakura from her wrath seemingly out of the goodness of her heart was enough to make her stop and think. partly because she couldn’t believe it and partly because she hated herself for not being able to do the same. in her eyes, yuki was the paragon of all that was good in the world. it was in that moment, that single act of kindness, made sakura realize there was something worth fighting for other than the title. sakura proposed that the two join forces and form the sakura snow alliance to get sevika back and rule over cyberia together. ever since then, the two girls have been closer than ever. yuki is the only person sakura can truly set aside her pride for, caring about her deeply and allowing herself to let down her guard. that being said, she fears the day her ambition outgrows yuki’s.
