Constantly pathetic with it, basically cries the entire time: Gob, Snowflake, Hadrian, Jason Bright, Kyle Edwards, Arlen Glass, Kent Connolly
Very frequent whimpers: Mister Crowley (and he's humiliated by it), Quinn, Winthrop, Grecks, Rotface, Vault-Tec Rep, Mort McCoy
Occasionally whimpers if you surprise them or make them feel especially good: Ahzrukhal, Dr. Barrows, Patchwork, Harland, Dean Domino, Edward Deegan, John Hancock, Gunther Jenkins

Last night I fucked up being able to get Private Kyle Edwards to go to the ghoul NCR base despite trying several times to fix the quest with console commands and even redo it, so I just told him there were lots of places he could go and followed him as he walked away. He doesn't despawn but after a while he just stopped walking and stood in the middle of the road. So, I pushed him all the way to this farm in order to give him a new life.
Unfortunately he started walking again shortly after. Ungrateful!

Private Edwards has been affected by the radiation caused by Caesar's Legion infiltrators opening containers of radioactive waste stored in the Searchlight Fire Station. He is a ghoul, but has not turned feral, unlike his comrades. Fearing the reaction of NCR forces, the prospect of turning feral due to the ambient radiation at the camp, and the Radscorpions that have moved in since, Edwards hid himself in one of the houses.

Oh boy let me see here..
-he is absolutely fuckibg terrified of ferals. More so than most people. Because most people didn't have to watch their friends cough up blood while their skin peeled off and then start biting people.
-most people would describe him as quiet and bland but it's because he's not very open around a lot of folks. In private he's actually kinda rambunctious and perverted.
-he gets up really early to watch the sun rise every day.
-he mostly stays around primm or freeside. Doesn't like traveling south or east.
-he likes drawing. He often uses it as a coping mechanism or just to relax
