I saw her whilst I was searching for commodities in the ruins. A shock of bright red among the gloom — Even my poor vision did not miss such a starkly contrasting splash of colour. Was that a Dwemer? I had never known such vibrant hair on a Deep Elf, and yet, the figure tinkering with the automatons could surely be none other than that.I watched her for a while after my Invisibility spell had taken hold, though I did not dare draw any closer. Some of her kin held kindness in their hearts, but that was no guarantee that this one would be same. Better to be cautious than callous, after all.Perhaps I should ask Mzarkmiir if he knows this mer. At the very least, it will be interesting to see how he reacts to the news that more of his kin seem to have survived. I know that I would want to be informed immediately, if it was the other way round.
