The thing about Dionysus in Hades 2 is that I get it, I get the joke, I get the premise, I understand the choice and how it works mechanically and narratively and with the characters. I understand!!

But this doesn't stop me from being slightly disappointed as maenad fan and an Ariadne fan, because I was hoping we could see More of Dionysus, different sides. Seance of Blake Manor is really such a good story and the characters are so interesting and all the different levels of mystery to solve are so satisfying but it's like almost too well made to have anything interesting to say about.

The Seance of Blake Manor starts with a letter asking our detective character to save poor innocent Evelyn Deane, who disappeared for no reason...

And then you get there and meet the people in the manor and like 80% of them will immediately tell you how much she fucking sucked, she was blackmailing multiple people, was a dick to everyone, just sleeping around and being a general menace all week.

Out of 17 people in the manor maybe 3 don't want her dead, like there are multiple people with plans to kill her for sucking so much.
