So, I hope that, whoever read my writings, started at least one of the days with a bit of water and lemon. Admit it, you are fascinated for what happened after just one day, you could feel your body cleansed.
Let’s be sincere, it is not. But just continue for a few more days, as already said, around ten days is enough. In that way, you will really cleanse your body from the inside, and you will see the results outside right away.
Are you a running person?
It is okay if you are not, I was never a person that would get up early in the morning and run. It was just an unbearable thought for me. I hated people who run and most of all, I hated their motivational talks. I thought they are just born to make you feel bad as a person that is not interested in running.
But then, I have experienced some health problems because I didn’t do enough exercises during the day. To be honest, I didn’t have any training during the day.
So, I was kind of forced to start running.
And you know what, I hated it.
But the reason why I hated running is that I didn’t know how to run.
The most important thing when you start running is – that you start slow!
You cannot start by running for half an hour and get yourself super tired. In that way, you will hate running and you will hate yourself. You will hate yourself because you made harm to your body. Physically and mentally.
So, the second tip, besides taking lemon and water in the morning, go out for a run.
Take it slower than you think you should run. You are not competing with anybody.
Just be patient and use running as some kind of relaxation method. Free your mind. Think about nice things. Think about bad things that happened and clear your mind from those thoughts.
It is a freeing experience, trust me!
