A coworker came to me the other day at the office asking if I could help them with the coffee machine in the breakroom. I don’t drink coffee btw, but I said I’d try to help. Somehow, the machine had reset to the language options, but only offered Spanish & French (not English, which is what the machine is usually in). I took the coffee k-cup out of the machine to see if that would reset things, and it went back to the usual screen during the coffee-making process, so my coworker could get back to making their coffee.
Once we had fixed it, they joked that I was probably the only person in the office who could have pressed Spanish or French and then still made coffee (even though I don’t drink it haha). Then I told them how to say coffee in Spanish & French and they liked the little lesson! They even said, “well, you learn something new everyday”.

143 Fail.
Went out with some co-workers last night.
Supposed to attend 143 at the Echoplex, but after 2 hours in line, we were done waiting.
Headed to DTLA. Had a drink at Honeycut, then headed to Down and Out bar.
Such a fun night -- drinking, dancing, beer pong.
Walked over to the LA Cafe for some grub.
I tried the lobster grilled cheese. So good!
After some drinking and drunken good fun, definitely a great end to the night.
XOXO,
Grace
