He doesn’t have any serious illness, just that too much sun will damage blood vessels and causing rash / dizziness. This can be easily fixed by getting somewhere in shades / cooler area.

aaah i wouldn’t say that you have to at all, there’s some rl sky divers who just skydive in normal clothes (even shorts and short sleeve shorts), though pros end up wearing clothes that cover their skin, up to avoid injury, which noctis has covered ☺
if that’s the case i’d just add more safety gears so that he doesn’t look like wearing a normal backpack then ouob
