The contemporary surrealism of Meatwreck studio
Meatwreck is a creative studio LA-based, born from a photographic collaboration between Mitra Savory and Dereck Paul Boyle. In her personal artistic research she has always focused on the representation of her body as a tool able to explore space, he on the anthropomorphism of the most common objects that we use during our days. The result of the union of these two minds is the creation of a disoriented visual language, sometimes repugnant, but aesthetically hypnotizing.
