I'm participating as an artist for a group game development project as part of my senior capstone!
Our basic game mechanic is that the player can rewind time to be in multiple places at once in order to solve certain puzzles. Some other games have done similar things, but they're usually very timing/inorganic oriented and 2D-- we are in 3D and focus on physicality and organic puzzles and how cool it is to watch yourself do things.
The characters in our game are object heads, and it takes place in an all girl's (catholic?) school. I'm gonna bug my teammates to get a gameplay video up somewhere other than Facebook so I can show it here without worrying about privacy settings-- it's off to a really neat start. We can have a past self throw a basketball to our current self, catch it, and then make a basket with it, for starters.
