Plants. Spent a little time yesterday at the wonderful herb labyrinth at Derrynagittah. It was special and magical to walk among the herbs and flowers. Plants are vital to your life. Every breath you take contains oxygen produced by the plants and trees on the planet. Much of the food you eat comes from plants, and many plants have medicinal properties. Plants can also teach you about life and convey a deep wisdom when you are aware enough to see it. They root themselves into the earth and then grow upwards towards the light. Simplicity. Life is simple. Don't over complicate it. Are you over-thinking things? Are you getting caught up in endless options and choices about something in your life? Sometimes you can be afraid to do anything for fear of doing the "wrong" thing. You learn from everything you do. What you might consider to be mistakes or wrong choices are just opportunities for learning. When you see every choice you make as an opportunity for learning, life becomes a wonderful adventure of learning and growth. What are you going to learn today? Life will present you with lots of opportunities to learn something new. If you do nothing you will stay the same. Making a choice and taking an action gets you in the flow.
