Prompts Kristanna at the park cuddles
The sun was starting to set, casting a faint pinkish glow to the sky. Kristoff moved to collect all of the dishes and cutlery from their picnic, but Anna simply sat on the picnic blanket, not making any move to get up.
“Shouldn’t we get going?” Kristoff asked, “We should probably try to get back to the castle before dark.”
Anna didn’t move, just sat facing the setting sun, with the wind rustling her hair.
“Let’s stay.” she said wistfully, “This is my favorite time of day.” She looked up to Kristoff, took his hand and pulled him to her.
“Well I guess we can spare a few minutes.” Kristoff grumbled, but there was no ill intent in his tone. He sat behind her, wrapped his arms around her shoulders, and she settled herself against his chest.
“Summer will be over soon, so I want to savor as much of the day as I can.” she closed her eyes as the breeze kissed her lashes, shivered slightly at the chill that signaled that evening was approaching.
Anna felt Kristoff’s arms tighten around her in response to her shiver, the warmth of him surrounding her and warding off the cold. She pressed herself further against his chest, nestled her head in the crook of his neck, basking in the last rays of the setting sun.
