After the fall of lotus pier JFM wakes up back in his younger body. He is the young heir of YMJ again. WCZ and CSSR already left, he lacks influence and his family starts suggesting marriage. But this time around he knows exactly what is to come and sets out to overcome the incoming struggle. He seeks out other cultivators and heirs to gain more influence for the future. To get ahead of Yu Clan persuasion he arranges to find another marriage match behind his family's back. And he succeeds. 1/6

Soon he becomes leader of the most thriving sect. He gains fame for aiding others before things get out of hand. He has more allies and connections than before, his relationship with Madam Jiang is full of mutual respect and Lotus Pier grows stronger under her care. His children are happy, well adjusted, don't doubt their parents' love, respect YMJ teachings and his advice. 2/6

He can't change everything. Despite the warnings, his friends perish again. This time their son finds a place in his family as a child of his sworn brother. There is no one doubting his faithfulness, his wife supports honoring his friend's memory with her whole heart. After this he puts even more work into his plans. YZY would never settle lower than one of the great five sects. She marries into the Wen ruling family. Hearing about JFM's successful marriage brings out the worst in her. She spits hate about these that should be taken to heel, showed their place and taught a lesson about bowing to their betters. She questions how such a clan can put itself before those of better heritage. She fuels the gossip about Jiang striving to take Wen's rightful place in the cultivation world. 4/6

Strong and growing YMJ is a sore spot in the eye of WRH so he encourages her bloodthirst. YZY puts fear in whoever she can, threatens and leverages her clan connections whenever she can. All to spite JFM. She promises Jin’s submission to WRH for giving her free rein of his forces. She ensures through her closest friend Madam Jin, that Jins and smaller sects under them will not go against her plans. Then she brings the Wen army to the YMJ long before JFM expected.5/6

Warprize AU where LWJ is offered to YLLZ so he could help them in war (WWX is just a rouge cultivator here) they fell in love and was expecting a child but Lanling Jin coveted the YLLZ and his yin hufu so they spread rumors and brainwashed the Lans (via MY) to spearhead the siege of BM-- WWX was personally slayed by LXC but instead of gratitude he was greeted by an angered LWJ and his only words were: HOW DARE YOU KILLED MY SPOUSE AND CHILD?!!! It turns out WWX is the carrier and was pregnant--

Mo Xanyu's ritual succeeds however WWX is knocked out for a week, misses LWJ and wakes up to be told he's the new Young Master of Mo Village after the rest of the family were killed by a curse.

WWX goes with it pretending amnesia and lives in peace. He doesn't hear anything about the cultivation world, about JLs maiming by a goddess or Lan Disciples being injured. Nor does he hear about JGY being exposed, WWXs name being cleared or anything like that, completely focused on building Mo Xanyu's golden core in peace, possibly moping in depression and self reflection for the entire time.

At some point in the future JL decides to track down all his aunts and uncles and LWJ hears one of them playing his song...

After the Sunshot Campaign JC and WWX do their usual brotherly roughousing when one day JC, unaware of WWXs newfound corelessness hits WWX just slightly too hard in the wrong place. When WWX goes to sleep that night he doesn't wake up in the morning.

When WWX is resurected and the truth JGYs actions (yes he still did evil things) are revealed its assumed that WWXs death was a assassination.

WWX having figured out that JC was the one who accidentally killed him has no idea how to explain how he really died, especially with JC, JYL and everyone else looking right at him hoping for a answer.

Shifting the angst off of WWX for once and trying to figure out how to word this vague idea into a prompt.

Going with the concepts of 'To be silent is to be complicit' and 'JYL justifying JC, JFM and YZYs atrocious treatment of WWX' and 'Soup tastes spectacular but actually fixes nothing'

WWX learns the meaning of family from the Wen Remnants, its a revelation. WWX takes the opportunity to sever the toxic relationship between him and the Jiang by not attending JLs 100th Day Celebration.

In spite of JGY and JGSs best efforts WWX and Wen Remnants live in peace, in Koi Tower however JYL has turned her toxic behaviour on those closest to her, first and foremost her son JL.

Maybe it's worse for JC who hasn't yet lost hope of reuniting with WWX, growing in maturity alone in Lotus Pier eventually seeing JYL as she is a subtly manipulative person trashing others self worth to make herself feel better.

Or maybe it is worse for JL who want to be heard by his parents, one who brushes off every concern and hurt with soup and platitudes and the other who just doesn't get him and believes the world of his wife to let it go assuring him that the Jin cousins bullying is nothing but harmless boyhood roughousing.

Wei Wuxian is ambushed and killed at Qiongqi Path before Jin Zixuan can get there, Wen Ning flees back to the Burial Mounds with both Wei Wuxians body... Accompanied by Wei Wuxians ghost.

Still Wei Wuxian in every way that matters because he is a master of resentment but completely lacking a pulse.

Wei Wuxian might find the lack of aches and pains a improvement actually, naturally everyone else is horrified.

What if Madam Yu throws WWX out of the Jiang Sect after he gets expelled from Cloud Recesses for hitting JZX. She gets so angry at him for breaking JYL’s betrothal to JZX she whips him within an inch of his life. Meanwhile, Madam Jin is pissed at JGS for allowing JFM to talk him into breaking the betrothal and berates him for hours. JGS is absolutely livid he had to suffer thru that and wants revenge on WWX. He sends disciples to teach WWX a lesson, led by Jin Zixun. An already weaker WWX is no match for 20 Jin disciples and loses badly. The Jin Zixun decides that it will be greater revenge to throw this supposed great cultivator into the Burial Mounds to die. Of course Jin Zixun has to brag about what he did to WWX at the next Discussion Conference held by the Wens. Instead of getting praised for his actions, Jin Zixun gets shunned by the cultivation world. JGS and Madam Yu also loses respect from the cultivation world for their parts in WWX’s demise. Fortunately, WWX survived his time in the Burial Mounds and still creates Demonic Cultivation. Using both Suibian and Chengqing, he is able to bring down Wen Roahan and save the cultivation world.
