“Mercy” Gets Spinoff Sequel Comic

Mirka Andolfo is returning to the world of Mercy. 

Mercy’s spinoff sequel miniseries Merciless will once again be written by Andolfo and will feature art by Siya Oum. Merciless is set after the events of Mercy #6 and will follow Rory. “Things are starting to turn around for Rory—financial security, status, a sense of belonging—but if it’s one thing she’s learned over the years it’s that good things don’t last. How could they when someone is ready to bring the “new” Lady Hellaine back to the harsh reality… It will be increasingly difficult for Rory to try to have a normal life. Even if she deserves it. Maybe.” (Image Comics)

Merciless #1 releases to comic book shops in late 2021.

In related news, Mercy: The Fair Lady, The Frost, and the Fiend, which collects the complete series of Mercy, releases to comic book shops on December 2, 20202, and in bookstores of December 8, 2020.
