;; despite all the travel and fantastic experiences he had growing up, his favorite childhood memories are simply the times he spent with his mother. he especially cherishes them now that he doesn’t see her very often.

;; sharp-eyed fans might notice that he actually has two pentagram necklaces–a plain one that looks to be iron, and a gold(-plated) or brass one with jewels in the points, the latter of which he only wears in his setsubun card. natsume’s birthday falls around setsubun, so i’d like to think that one was a present, probably from rei considering the events that occurred around that timeframe.
;; honestly, it’s basically canon, but he severely regrets not doing more to help out the other oddballs during the war. of course, logically he knows he did everything he could with them sheltering him like they did, but that doesn’t stop him from feeling like shit.
