Would you ever consider hiring (or even just having for free) other artists to help out with items and genes and such?

Yeah definitely. A petsite like Octavo has hundreds of images, If I tried to do them all myself with a level of quality then it will probably take years. I’d be hiring artists. As much as free art sounds good, I’d much rather artists get paid for their work. This goes for any role (programmers, writers etc)Right now I don’t have the right budget to hire, I’ll probably have to take on some freelance work on the side. Either that or set up some sorta Patreon.

Hey Kira! If you don't mind a bit of sciency babble, I think I may have a theory as to how you can turn anything into a bomb! Basically, it has to do with the bonds between atoms, and how energy is tranferred and stored/released with those bonds. (1)

It takes energy to break chemical bonds, so it's endothermic (absorbs heat), and when you create a bond the opposite happens, meaning that it's exothermic (releases heat).

My theory is that when you turn an object into a bomb, you basically slowly "dissolve" a good amount of the bonds in it, but leave enough actually bonded that the material turned bomb remains in it's original state (solid, most of the time)

I say slowly because I'm pretty sure that It'd be bad if all of the chemical bonds in something broke all at once, and because it always seems like you leave a bit of time between making and setting off the bombs.

Then, after this object-bomb is in the correct position and has enough chemical bonds broken, the trigger is pressed, which causes all of the bonds that were broken to reform at a very very fast rate

which means that a lot of energy is being released all at once, and causes an explosion big enough to damage others

I'm still not sure how you'd be able to manipulate the chemical bonds in such a way, but this is just my attempt to explain how you can turn any once-stable object into a deadly bomb.

so these dragons are dressed so well I don’t even know what genes I’m looking at LOL. Dius is a mistress of fire, Epiales to be honest looks like she’s about to assassinate some dragons despite being a light ambassador, Xanthias looks like a super cool fisherman,  Wyrdijae has a cool name (wait, they all have cool names) and is dressed in all the ice apparel which looks awesome, and Ashalla’s apparel covers up her weirdly not-so-amazing color/gene scheme. like, she looks like she’d belong in my lair, except I probably wouldn’t have bought her the way she looks, except right now she’s very pretty, except those face silks clip with the wolf helm lel
