could this just stop it's so tiring when you never know how you'll feel like the next moment, sometimes my mood changes 52873 times a day and sometimes I may have three good days in a row and then I'll have a whole week when I'll want to kill myself, like sometimes I'm genuinely scared to make plans with my friends and promise them to do this and that with them tomorrow or the next week or when ever bc I may be the worst person to be around on that day or I may be the funniest and best fucking friend ever
