Lughnasadh Tea 2024

Red Tea: III parts

White Tea: I and 1/2 parts

Sage: 1/2 part

Chamomille: II parts

Rosemary: 1/2 part

Basil: 1/2 part

Dried apple: II parts

Lavender: II parts

Rose petals: I part

This one is suitable for a cold version, since I know this summer is being a bitch keep denying climate change idiots. For that the steps are bellow for best results. 1: Infuse the brew with less water than usual. 2: Mix with cold juice of your choosing and then ice. I recomend citric juice. 3: Add milk (or booze XD) to taste.

Lughnasadh Tea on 2023

This recipe can be done in cold as well, hence the gif.

Black Tea with apple (yes, I found it that way): III parts

Red Tea: I part

Sage: I part

Rose hips: I and 1/2 parts

Marigold: I part

Cinnamon: I part

Orange peel (I used dried, but you can use it in any way): II parts

Rosemary: 1/2 part

For the cold version, just brew it normaly, then let it cool, and mix with pretty cold lemonade and ice. And honey or sugar to taste.

Lughnasadh 2022 Tea!

Black Tea: II parts

White Tea: I part

Sage: 1/2 part

Lavender: I part

Mint: 1/2 part

Rosemary: 1/2 part

Rose hips: I and 1/2 parts

Marigold: I part

Dried fruit of your choosing (I used apple, orange peel and coconut because that's mostly what I had): III parts

Enjoy this with cookies (they're made of grain) unless you're allergic, then use other type of cookie or honey or milk or something.

Iced version!

Black tea: II parts

White tea: I part

Lavender: I part

Sage: 1/2 parts

Rosemary: 1/2 parts

Rose hips: I and 1/2 parts

Marigold: I part

Mint: I part

Infuse this with less water than usual, combine with juice of your choosing (it has to be cold) and ice.

Remember to keep yourself hydrated, but don't over do it with cool drinks, since cool temperatured drinks can affect your stomach. So better don't take too much iced drinks.

Dried apple: add to your taste :)

Enjoy it with cookies made with wheat (unless you're a gluten intolerant, then not).

As always, feel free to change things in case of allergies or anything. And it's delicious on cold version: let the tea get lukewarm and then mix with cold lemon juice with ice.

This time I couldn't use sage, but you can add it if you preffer it that way!
