Hi! If I copy an Azusa with a Lazav, the Multifarious, I get 2 extra land drops. If I then recopy the same Azusa with the same Lazav, do I get more land drops?

No, you won't be able to play more than two additional lands this way. When you go to play a land on your turn, the game checks the number of lands you've played this turn against the number of lands you're allowed to play. If the number of lands played is less than the number of land plays allowed, then you can play the land. If it's the same or greater, then you can't play the land.In the situation you describe, Lazav gives you two additional land plays as long as it's a copy of Azusa. Copying her more than once with the same Lazav doesn't make any difference.

Okay, pretty sure I know the answer, but I'm kinda hoping I'm somehow wrong. Let's say Player A has played three lands from having Azusa out, then goes to play Ghirapur Orrery. In response Player B destroys Azusa. Player A has played now played 3 out of 2 lands for the turn and gets no immediate benefit from the Orrery, right? Pretty sure that's right, it's just a bit of a bummer if so.

How do additional land drops work?

Whenever you go to play a land on your turn, the game looks at how many lands you’ve played so far and compares that number to the number of lands you’re allowed to play. As long as you haven’t reached or exceeded the maximum, you’re allowed to play a land.

When you don’t have any effects that allow you to play extra lands, then it’s as simple as checking if any lands have been played this turn, since you’re allowed to play one land each turn because of the game rules. When there are extra land plays allowed, the game looks at your maximum number of land plays at the moment.

For example, you control Azusa, who allows you to play two additional lands on your turn. You play one land, then a second land, and then cast a spell to draw more cards because you’re looking for that third land to play. In response, your opponent kills Azusa. The next time you go to play a land this turn, the game will see that you’ve played 2 lands this turn but can only play 1 land per turn and will deny you that land play. It doesn’t matter that Azusa would have let you play it because she’s no longer on the battlefield and thus her ability is no longer in effect.

If I control Mina & Denn, Exploration AND Oracle of Mul Daya at the same time, how many lands could I play in one turn?

Four.

Each one allows you one additional land play per turn, and 1+1+1+1=4.

I have a question about extra land drops. If I have something that lets me play an additional land, like an Oracle of Mul Daya, and I flicker it after having played a second land in the turn, do I get another land drop?

No. 

When you want to play a land, you look at how many lands you’re allowed to play based on the game rules and any other effects currently in effect that let you play extra lands. If the number of lands you’ve played is less than the number you’re allowed to play, then you can play another land.

In the situation you describe, you’re allowed to play two lands on each of your turns and you’ve played two lands this turn, so you can’t play any more lands this turn.

(Note that this process changed a while ago. Before the change you would have been able to play another land in this scenario. However, no one handled the extra land plays correctly, i.e. actually declaring which effect they were using to play each land, so the rules were changed to be more intuitive and match the reality of how most players played.)
