The herbology Tower had always acted as a kind of sanction for Lottie. Often quite, it lended itself to catching a moments of peace away from the general noise and bustle that came with the common rooms or even the great hall. While she was thankful for everyone’s concern after she had left the hospital early that morning, it was becoming exhausting. Though of course she knew that people were only asking questions from their own worry, there was only so many times that she could convincingly convague that it was just an ‘accident’ when it was definitely far from that.
The blonde had been perched contently on the edge of the window, watching out onto the grounds when she heard the door being dragged open. Though of course she hadn’t prepared herself for the person that was on the other side. “Landon-“ His name came out of her lips almost involuntarily. Her hand moving to delicately pick up her wand that had been by her side as a precautionary measure. It was a rarity and something that Lottie would never typically do, but considering her last interaction with the Ravenclaw could anyone blame her? Landon had been someone that Lottie had considered to be trusted. But now looking over at him, she couldn’t help the overwhelming sinking feeling of being disheartened and if not a little betrayed. Her features drawing tighter across her features, not risking taking her eyes off of the male for even a moment. Though of course the ever rational and fair witch, despite what he’d done to her she didn’t jump to aggression or a sour tone. Instead, her tone was even as she asked him simply: “Why are you up here?” @landonboot
