House for rent during Landsmót 2012 - walking distance from the venue
Do you want to stay in a house instead of a hotel for the Landsmót Hestamanna 2012?
We want to rent out our house during the Landsmót 2012. It is 170 m² with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large living room with a Sofa-bed.
The house can accommodate 5-7 adults and 1-3 children. There are beds for three adults, two can sleep on the sofabed and then we can provide extra mattresses for two more adults, in total 7 adults. There is one children's bed (160cm long) and then we have two small beds for toddlers.
The house includes all general household appliances for your use e.g. dishwasher, washing machine and Gas-barbeque. During your stay you can enjoy its sunny garden, and two balconies.
Price 150€ per night, minimum stay 4 nights.
The house is perfectly situated for the Landsmót 2012 only 2 km from the venue with excellent walking path connections. There is a low-price supermarket 1 min walk from the house and a swimming pool 10 min walking distance.
If you are planning a longer stay in Reykjavik the time of stay is negotiable.
If you want to save on a rental car it is possible to also rent a old, Toyota Corolla 1997, but fully functional car with the house for a reasonable price.
