im gonna be honest i think it would be really funny if i could figure out how to do an Among Us chapter of Group Chat but ive never played among us alksjdkalj

but with my limited knowledge

in order to facilitate Logan and Virgil being able to play, everyone unanimously agrees that 1) asking them directly if they are the imposter and 2) them  saying directly they are not the imposter are both cheating

its actually really good practice for Logan for dealing with court politics, because of the Word Gymnastics

that being said - Thomas and Logan absolutely just normal cheat

When Logan is the imposter Thomas will do impressions of him claiming to be in other parts of the ship on vc to save his ass even if Thomas is a crewmember

Thomas and Logan both being the imposters makes them pretty much unstoppable

Virgil is a terrible imposter

If he’s imposter by himself he always loses because he refuses to kill LMP

If he’s imposter w/ someone else the other imposter knows theyve gotta get the rest of LAMP themselves because Virgil just Won’t

if the other imposter is Kai specifically he WILL open a DM with Virgil specifically to roast him mercilessly the ENTIRE game

shockingly the best lone imposters are Sloane and Patton because somehow no one ever suspects them even after theyve fucking obliterated the others multiple times

What are everyone's last names in laoft? Main characters, side characters? And how did you come up with them.

heres an ask for Roman and Patton, heres one about Greta

as for other side characters, most of them have much less meaningful selections - i made a sort of... its almost a random name generator that you have to do by hand.

i have a list of the most common surnames in the Appalachian region, and a list of common names by year, and when i needed an NPC and didnt already have a CT or Shorts character i could use there, i generated a name

the CT and Shorts character i just use the canon (or fanon for the shorts) names and pick a surname off the list

as for what they actually are

The exception to the “common appalachian surnames” conventions are Andy Fox and Teagan Daniels (Shorts Anxiety and Shorts Teacher), who’s last names are a very silly joke - Andy Fox and Teagan Daniels, which is a reference to Fox Mulder and Dana Scully from X-files

hey what are the loaft guys sexualities?? i remember you said logan was demisexual at some point, and obviously harley and elliot are trans and enby and virgil probably doesnt know since he didnt know that gay was a thing, but how about the others?? -ro

Patton and Roman are both gay, Logan is, as you said, demisexual

(maybe - im not entirely sure if falling in love with Virgil while he’s still in the casket technically falls under the demi umbrella, but Logan is definitely gray-ace, regardless - the other three comprise the complete list of people Logan’s been attracted to)

and Virgil is an audible shrug roughly translatable to “why are you asking so many questions i just work here”

Also, building on that, Virgil’s agender (though obviously uses he/him pronouns) he saw the mortal gender binary and was like “I would really rather not, thanks”

On the other end of the fae spectrum you have Remus, who’s pansexual and his gender is “HELL yes absoLUTELY *party popper noise*”

(Fae range from very ‘meh’ about gender - as Virgil - to fluid as hell - see Remus - and everything in between. For example, a LOT of sprites are - what we would consider - intersex and nonbinary, because theyre born from flowers and flowers are just Like That. Its not a hard and fast rule, but its a pretty common tendency.)

Remy is gay, Emile is also pan, (so’s Elliot, who’s also genderqueer), Harley is bi and a trans man, and Sloane, Corbin, and Kai (who’s a demiguy) are all bi, unless new cartoon therapy content comes out and contradicts that, at which point i will AdjustTM.

I think that’s everyone i havent covered outright (like Bell being a lesbian and Greta and Larry being bi) but lemme know if you want a particular character i missed!
