He actually gets a little bashful when asked about the guy and he clears his throat. “Wade.” he says a little quietly. “Uh... doubtful.” he then gets red at the question and rubs the back of his neck. “I mean... I think he is, even if others don’t think so...” he looks over at her. “But I mean... looks have never been super important to me.” he shrugs. “He makes me happy.”

      it isn’t her first time coming to the parker’s — and she doesn’t think it will be her last . but it is her first time seeing the picture framed on one of the shelves . a picture . of three of them together . three as in mj is included , with may and peter . covered in flour . smiling . she’s actually smiling . mj doesn’t remember the last time she— . . . she slowly turns and points flimsily at the added decoration ( added memory ) , feeling like she wants to throw up and cry and laugh or something . just something .         ❝     you , um . you put the picture up . haa — i . i didn’t think — um . we looked good .     ❞

        Tony had always been averse to team training, even after the beginning of the Avengers Initiative — he preferred to work alone, whether it be in the lab or in the gym. The repetitive motions of punching a bag over and over was soothing to him; it was constant & controlled. It was so engrossing that he didn’t even realize that someone else had entered the facility and was watching him work out.
